How An X Ray Machine Works

As the name indicates an X-Ray machine used x-rays for taking images of the bones, tumors, muscles, fat, and other organs in your body. The different parts in our body absorb x-rays at different levels and certain parts allow x-rays to pass through. This characteristic of x-ray is used in an x-ray machine to take negatives. Once end of the x-ray machine produces the x-rays and the other end has a film. When x-ray is passed through a person, the bones, and other parts absorb x-ray and the unabsorbed x-rays are passed to the film that is found in the other end. This creates an image of the bones and other organs in the film and any expert in that field could easily interpret the result that is got in the film. This is how an x-ray machine works. X-rays can be compared to the light waves in that both have photons in them. Only the difference is found in the energy levels of the photons in both these waves. X-rays are electromagnetic waves that carry more energy than the ordinary light waves.
