There is no need to get rid of mole from your body unless the doctor suspects that might be cancerous. Most of the moles in our body are harmless and hence there is no need to remove them. Some people prefer to remove the moles for cosmetic reasons. An outpatient procedure is done by an experienced doctor who might be a dermatologist himself. A small surgical procedure is done which might include using stitches or without stitches. Whether a stitch is used or not would be decided by the doctor at the time of the procedure. The mole is scraped down using a scalpel. A special solution is used to stop bleeding or the wound is cauterized. An antibiotic cream is also given which can be applied on the area of the surgery. Treating the wound after removal is easy. You have to clean it daily with hydrogen peroxide or water or a mix of both and apply the antibiotic on it.

Warts are small cauliflower like growth that you can find in your skin in any place in your body. These are caused by the human papilloma virus called the HPV. Warts can be found in your soles of the feet and even in the genitals. Warts in the soles are called the plantar warts and that are found in the genitals are called the genital warts. You should not touch it and then touch other areas as you might spread it easily through touch. If you ever touch it, wash your hands thoroughly.

You can remove warts with the help of a tape. Cover the warts with tape so that there is no air flowing in. leave it for 5 or 6 days and then remove it for another half a day. Then repeat the procedure. Follow this procedure for several weeks until the warts disappear. Another way to remove warts is to apply castor oil on it. Apply it twice daily until the wart disappears. Crush the vitamin C tablets and apply it on warts with some water. Then tape the warts. Alternative treatment in the form of homeopathic medications is also available for the removal of warts.
