The eyes will be larger than the other parts in the face. If you look at the whole chibi character the head is larger than the other parts of the body. It is a cute character and it should be fun to draw that character all by yourself. The face is also round in shape. You can try drawing the outline of the face first and then the other parts of the face. Make sure that the round is bigger enough to accommodate the eyes which are usually large.
