How to make peach brandy?

Peach brandy is liquor that is made with ripe peaches. Instead of buying peach brandy from a liquor shop you can make them at home if you want. The ingredients that are needed to make peach brandy are Peaches (1 gallon), Sugar (10 lbs), Yeast (2 pkgs), Lemons (4 nos), and Warm water (2 gallon). Put them in stone crock and stir it once a day for one week. Stirring should be done for 3 minutes a day. After 7 days add 3 lbs of raisins and then leave it undisturbed for 21 days. After that strain off and bottle them.

After about 10 days take some jars and fill it with the syrup up to 2 inches from the top and then add brandy on top of it. Then screw the jars and keep them in dark for 6 months. After six months you can use the peach brandy that you have made. You can serve them with ham, poultry dishes, veal, and pork.
