Making jello shots is easy. It is like making the usual jello. The difference is that you will be adding alcohol to it instead of water. This mixture is poured in to small glasses called shot glasses. The ingredients needed to make jello shots are a package of gelatin, boiling water, cold water, and 80 proof alcohol. Mix the gelatin powder in boiling water and dissolve it. When fully dissolved let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Once it is cool now add cold water and alcohol and stir it. Then pour them into tiny plastic cups and refrigerate. You have to refrigerate for at least two hours to allow it to set. If you are using alcohol that is less than 80 proof it might break the cup or glass if frozen. So keep this in mind when selecting the alcohol. You can use paper cups for refrigerating the jello shots since it will be easy to consume than the use of glass cups. Alternatively you can also use ice trays.
