Patterns like flowers would give a look that is more feminine. Instead of making the decorative pillow cover alone, you can also make the pillow itself. For this you might need cushion to be used for the pillow, the fabric that is going to be used as a cover for that pillow and a matching thread to stitch the pillow. It is left to the imagination of the creator to create such designs and even different shapes of pillows.
