To start being anorexic, you have to be neurotic about foods. Then you can extend this and start hating foods at the next stage. When you reach this stage you are going to be anorexic. But the general opinion about anorexic is that it is a disorder or disease that is seen physically and which starts in the mind. It has lot of psychology involved in it to become anorexic. Some people start hating the source of the foods like plants and the animals and then start hating the food also. This would also work out for some people.
You have to be determined to become anorexic. You can jot down your target for that particular week and then follow that. Write something that inspires you to lose weight in a notebook and keep reading it frequently so that you don’t let your thoughts down to become anorexic. Use your imagination to hate the foods. You can imagine that the foods you eat are something disgusting and in due course you would automatically start hating them. Some people even punish themselves for thinking of food. These punishments could be simple ones so that you restrain from eating. There are many more such tips to become anorexic. A simple search on the internet would reveal you a lot.
