The cream form and paint forms of eye shadow when applied would turn to a powdery texture in a short time. To line your eyes you could use a medium or dark shadow. For applying the eye shadow you could an angled, small, and flat brush. You should start applying from near the lashes on the upper lid. Let the shorter end be followed by the longer end of the brush while applying the eye shadow. You could wet the brush before stroking along the lash line. You could use a mist or dip it in a few drops of water to proceed with the line. Don’t worry about it getting wet as it will dry up faster.
