The strings and the frets of the guitar are represented in notation form graphically. Reading such notation is called reading the guitar tabs. A number is used to denote each note that is played on each string. If you know how to use it, it is so easy to write the notes yourself in even just 5 minutes. Lines that represent the strings in the guitar are used to write the tabs. The topmost line would be the thinnest string and the bottommost string is the thickest. The notes for a chord are written in the vertical line and on the horizontal line. You should know how to read these tabs and how to write these tabs. Proper spacing is also given between tabs by good writers. Without proper guidance it is not easy to read the notes and play the guitar. Timing is important and hence proper guidance is also necessary. There are various techniques that are represented by tablature symbols.

Lightning occurs within the clouds, between clouds, or between the cloud and the ground. The discharge of electricity built up when the positive and the negative charges collide, causes lightning. The distribution of electric charge in the cloud also depends on the distribution of water and the particles of ice in the cloud. To understand the strength of a lightning, we can say that an average lightning could be used for 3 months to light up a 100 watts bulb.
The air that ascends and descends in the atmosphere plays a role in the separation of the electric charges as positive and negative. Chance so getting hit by lightning is 1 in 600 thousand. This chance is further reduced if you follow the safety rules. It is only during the summer that most of the lightning hits take place because it is in this period the rapid heating and cooling of air takes place. It is estimated that around 100 thousand thunderstorms occur every year in USA.

To train is the best way to run faster. Persistent training on your part and a desire to run faster should be there in you if you want to run faster. You might need to train at least for 4 days a week. You have to alternate between longer runs and shorter runs with a base conversational pace. This base work has to be done for about 3 months. After this base work take rest for one day and the next day start running for about 30 minutes briskly and then run slowly for 10 minutes. Again take rest the next day and start the following day. Now run for 30 minutes. The next day you have to do a warm up for 10 minutes and do a print of 40 seconds for 12 cycles and jog for 20 seconds. Next cool down for 10 minutes. The next day would be a rest day. Then follow that with a long run. A conversational pace should be maintained for 40 to 90 minutes. Use a flat surface or a local track of ¼ mile for running and challenge yourself on alternate days. The routine should be a warm up session, a sprint session and a cooling down session. Track down the times that you take to run and try to beat your time. At least try to maintain an average.
